The fifth and final episode centres on the experiences of three facilitators who led workshops during the PARR project. They reflect on what drew them to the initiative, the challenges of fostering identity-specific safer spaces, and the learnings that emerged. The conversation delves into the complexities of such spaces—where shared experiences coexist with internal power dynamics, and where the need to express, vent and process is palpable. The guests also offer strategies they’ve used to support respectful and caring participation.
